Always nice to keep the shelves full!
In order to keep your esthetic inventory fresh and relevant you will most likely be placing weekly orders. You never want to run out of inventory, nor do you want to be scrambling last minute to get the products that you need both for yourself and your client. Depending on the volume of your business, keeping an inventory of 1-2 of everything would be good for a small operation of 1-10 clients, 2-4 of what you need for someone who has 10-20 clients, and 5-10 of your bestsellers (such as eye creams) or if you have more than 30 clients. Clients may buy more than one of what they need at the same time or for a friend (a great way to build a referral business!).
The best time to place your order is first thing in the morning so that we as your distributor are able to have the whole order ready for pick-up or shipped out later in the afternoon. Unless otherwise noted you can expect next day delivery of your products.
The best time to think about the order you will be placing is right after you have finished with your client. As you are discussing skin care with your client you should be noting down the different products you could sell to them. If they are not prepared at that time to purchase, make sure you order what they will need so that when they come for their next appointment you can show them that you are prepared and have been thinking of what is best for his or her skin. She/He will appreciate the effort you have made for them and purchase the products they will need to maintain the amazing treatment you have provided them.
